How long have you been building custom furniture?
We’ve been building custom furniture since 2020, starting with a simple coffee table crafted for our own home. That project sparked a passion for creating pieces tailored to fit perfectly in any space. Over the years, we’ve crafted a variety of custom furniture focused on bringing exactly what our clients envision for their homes to life.

What kind of wood do you use?
We work with a variety of wood types, each with their own unique look and character:
- Pine – Light and rustic, perfect for a cozy, natural feel.
- Red Oak – Known for its beautiful, pronounced grain and durability, making it a versatile choice for many furniture styles.
- Ambrosia Maple – Features striking dark streaks caused by Ambrosia beetles, giving each piece a distinctive, one-of-a-kind appearance.
- Ash – Light in color with a smooth, clean grain, great for contemporary and modern designs.
- Walnut – Rich, deep chocolate tones with a luxurious finish, ideal for elegant, statement-making pieces.
Where do you source your lumber?
Most of our lumber is locally sourced from a hardwood supplier in North Carolina.
Can I bring my own design or inspiration photo?
Yes, absolutely! We welcome inspiration photos, sketches, or design ideas. Sharing your vision helps us better understand your style and allows us to tailor the custom piece to your specific preferences. The more details you can provide, the more closely we can match your expectations.
Do you offer design consultations?
Yes, we offer personalized design consultations to discuss your custom furniture project in detail. These sessions are a great opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate with us on the design and build process. Our goal is to ensure every detail aligns with your vision from start to finish.
TIMELINE & PROCESS
How long does it take for you to build a custom piece?
Timelines vary based on the complexity of the project. Larger pieces or those with specialty wood, custom finishes, or intricate design features may have a longer lead time. We’ll provide a personalized timeline during your consultation based on your specific project details.
What’s the process from start to finish?
Our custom order process starts when you submit a request through our website form. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review the details and follow up to gather anything else we might need—like inspiration photos, wood preferences, dimensions, or pictures of your space.
Next, we’ll prepare a detailed estimate outlining pricing, timeline, and design notes (including sketches, if applicable). After you approve the estimate, we’ll send an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot on our schedule.
Once your project begins, we’ll keep you updated throughout the build. When your piece is complete, we’ll coordinate a time for delivery or pickup.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
We understand that you may want to adjust details after placing your order, and we’re happy to discuss any changes. However, once production has begun, it can be difficult—or sometimes impossible—to make modifications without impacting the timeline or cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re considering any updates so we can do our best to accommodate them.

What’s the price range for your custom furniture?
Pricing varies based on several factors, including the type of wood, materials used, dimensions, and design details. Each piece is custom-made, so costs are tailored to your specific selections and style preferences.
Is a deposit required to start a project?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your place in our production schedule. This deposit allows us to begin sourcing materials and planning your custom piece. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
We do not offer traditional financing at this time. However, our payment policy is designed to provide some flexibility. We require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. This allows you to spread out your payments over the course of the production timeline.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Do you deliver? If so,
where?
Yes, we offer delivery services for all custom furniture orders. Delivery is included in our pricing within a 25-mile radius of our shop. If it is further than that, we charge an additional fee. We typically deliver directly to customers’ homes and will coordinate a delivery time that works best for you.
Is shipping included in the price?
We don’t typically ship large furniture items, but we're happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in having a piece shipped, let us know your location and we can look into potential carriers and associated fees.
Do you offer installation or setup?
Yes, we offer installation and setup for many of our custom furniture pieces. Our experienced team ensures each item is safely handled and properly placed in your space. We’re happy to provide this added convenience to make the process smooth and stress-free.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Because each piece is custom-made, we don’t offer traditional returns or warranties. However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
What if something breaks or needs repair later?
If there’s a manufacturing issue that causes damage within 30 days of delivery, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you to explore options for repairing the piece. For issues after that period, we’re happy to discuss repair services on a case-by-case basis.
